Pre-Order Worksheet

Our Pre-order worksheet is designed to provide you with anticipated costs for products and delivery, and to assist us with the initial processing phase of your order.

Please be prepared to take delivery within 1-3 weeks of placing your order. During the fall months, the delivery window may extend beyond the time listed for certain products depending on vendor inventory. We'll do our very best to delivery your order in a timely fashion. please email if you are checking on delivery time frame.

Our delivery equipment allows us to carry up to a total of 10 tons of wood pellets, bio products, or coal per trip.

Please do not submit an online order if you plan to pick-up your product from either our Wells or Windham location. Contact Jim at 892-3702 to coordinate pick-up from either location during the summer months.

*We will make every attempt to deliver your pellets to your preferred location. In some instances, the terrain is simply too steep to safely operate our delivery equipment, and/or the driveway too narrow or winding for our delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to offload the pellets in a safe area as close as possible to your preferred location. Prices are subject to change.
